Kakow! Blu Ray Releases For 01/13/09 Previewed Booshly By Blue

* Appaloosa (Warner) - Um, I guess this was pushed from last week? Same comments from then apply now.

* Climbing Your Way Down The Corporate Ladder (Victory Multimedia) - Some low budget comedy starring Paulie from the Sopranos. IE probably terrible. Also Amazon's order page has this listed as cancelled. Soooo wtf.

* Drumline (Fox) - Nick Cannon's starmaking appearance. Jesus Christ this release week SUCKS.

* Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (Bandai Visual) - Dunno how this will look. The Appleseed cg movie apparantly was just mastered from a film print instead of the digital source so looked relatively crappy. I guess if you're interested read a review? What? You think these are reviews? You think I've seen any of these blu rays? They haven't been released yet! Hence the word preview. However since maybe 3 people read these they probably weren't expecting these to be reviews. Hmmm.

* Lakeview Terrace (Sony) - Part 23 of the "Samuel L Jackson Yells at People" epic. This time he's playing a cop.

* Mirrors (Fox) - Hey something I actually have seen, and actually liked! Kiefer Sutherland plays the most hardcore night watchman ever, in a movie by Alejandro Aja. Not a great horror movie but at least watchable. Doubtful I'll buy this.

* My Best Friend's Girl (Lionsgate) - Dane Cook needs to be raped in prison several thousand times. That's unrelated to this movie though, but if you know anything about it, then you probably thought it was due to his involvement in this movie, which just proves how bad it is. He deserves it just for the constant playing of commercials for this last summer.

* Stargate: The Ark of Truth (MGM) - Sigh. It is SAD AS HELL that this is the third best movie on this list(I assume, I only actually saw one of them).

* Swing Vote (Walt Disney) - Kevin Costner pretending people still find him charming.

* Without a Paddle: Nature's Calling (Paramount) - A dtv sequel to a movie no one but the stupidest people alive enjoyed.
